New digital skills training successfully breaks down employment barriers

• Click Start is a national training programme developed by the Institute of Coding and funded by Nominet
• It aims to break down the barriers many face trying to enter employment, by bringing together a collaboration of universities, employers and charities
• The programme reaches its first anniversary with 86 percent of learners saying they feel more prepared to interview for a job requiring digital skills
