Institute of Coding
The Institute of Coding’s Governance Board is responsible for helping us maintain our commitment to excellence. The board ensures we uphold the terms and conditions of the IoC grant, meeting the objectives, success criteria, and financial responsibilities of the grant.
Specialised Boards
Comprising members of our advisory boards, senior leaders from influential UK tech companies, and representatives from our funders, the Governance Board works to provide insight and oversight to the IoC’s trajectory. Our specialised boards include Industry Advisory Board, Finance Advisory Board and Diversity & Inclusion Network, which give input and oversight to all areas of our activity.

Ethical, diversity, environmental, and social responsibilities are integrated into every decision, making the IoC architects of an inclusive future. Through effective communication and stakeholder engagement, the Governance Board amplifies the IoC’s national role.
