Jess Northend is a strategic advisor, founder, and Consultant with Stanford University’s Seed programme. Jess works at the intersection of leadership and technology, with a focus on how we lead, thrive, and create value in the midst of transformative change.

Jess has previously served on teaching teams for leadership, ethics, and negotiation at the Harvard Kennedy School, for full-time students and exec education, and at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where her work focused on how leaders should adapt to the next generation of frontier technologies.
