Your Digital Pathway
Take the first step on Your Digital Pathway
Overview
Your Digital Pathway was a free digital skills course from Santander, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Coding and the award winning TechUP initiative based at Durham University.
The course was developed to support people who want to take the first step on the pathway to building their digital skills, supporting them to:
- Return to, or start education
- Return to work, or pivot their career
- Set up a business online
The course was taught at an introductory level, with eight hours of total course time. It could be completed at your own pace.
As part of this course, there were three learning pathways that you could choose from.
The return to work pathway provided an introduction to some of the digital skills job seekers would need to find the right job, and supported them in building the future career they wanted.
The return to education pathway provided advice and information on the range of educational and training opportunities available and supported learners as they got started with their learning.
The start a business online pathway provided an introduction to some of the key digital skills needed to start a business online and provided learners with a step-by-step action plan for setting up a business.
