The Manchester Metropolitan University apprenticeship team and apprentices celebrate the win

The apprenticeship unit at Manchester Metropolitan University was awarded the AAC award for Digital Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, at the Annual Apprenticeship Awards 2020 last night in Birmingham.

More than 500 sector leaders, staff and apprentices gathered to find out the results of the awards, which are run by FE Week and the Association of Employment and Learning Providers.

Manchester Metropolitan’s Digital Technology Solutions apprenticeship is their flagship Institute of Coding funded course, and is the creation of a partnership of leading employers and Manchester Metropolitan University. It has been designed to rapidly equip apprentices with the necessary skills required for a career in the digital and technology sectors.
