The Institute of Coding Governance Board is responsible for providing assurance that the Institute is being managed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Institute of Coding grant, including meeting its objectives, success criteria and financial responsibilities.

The Chairs of the following Boards sit on our Governance Board, along with senior representatives from each of the Theme Lead institutions and our Funders. These Boards have been established across the IoC to give input to, and oversight of, all areas of IoC activity:

  • Industry Advisory Board
  • Finance Advisory Board
  • Diversity & Inclusion Board
  • Delivery Board

All Boards conduct their business with due regard to ethical, diversity, environmental and social responsibilities.

They promote the IoC’s national role through effective communication and engagement with its wide range of stakeholders.

All Boards have adopted Terms of Reference, outlining their roles and areas of responsibility.
