What motivates women to learn and work in digital
This research looked at how to attract a more diverse digital workforce to benefit our economy and society. We focussed this research on women. It was conducted by the IoC in collaboration with Deloitte, the IoC Digital Skills Observatory at the University of Bath, Birkbeck University of London and Manchester Metropolitan University.
